Simply download CallPesa from the Play Store and register an account using your preferred business line. During registration, you will be asked for 2 names, your email, name of your business, industry and your calling rate per hour. CallPesa allows you to state any contact as a client through a "Start Billing" button. Only then will it track and bill the call between you and that contact. However, CallPesa has to be the default call handler for billing to work.

Yes! Simply click on "Aggregate" on the top-right of your screen, select the date parameters, and hit the send button. A report will be displayed for you to send to your email address or phone number via SMS instantaneously.

CallPesa takes the security of your personal data extremely seriously. We encode all data as soon as it is entered in the app and send it over an encrypted connection. Also, we do not record or store any of the call data. The client and consultant are the only two parties involved in the call.

CallPesa only collects personal data when you provide it to us and only for the purpose you expect.

User Profile

When You create a user profile and confirm being the holder of a certain number, Callpesa will collect the information provided by You. In order to create a user profile, You must register Your first name, phone number and email.

Installation and use

When You install and use CallPesa, no other contact information other than the phone numbers designated as clients will be collected and used from Your address book. Please also note that You can always choose not to share Contact Information with Callpesa and if You have shared such information and changed Your mind, You can decline permissions or opt-out to render Your entire Contact Information unavailable for search in the Callpesa app.​​​

• Open CallPesa > Menu > Subscription > Tap on "Starter" or "Professional" > Navigate back to menu

Each customer can export their individual logs from CallPesa and Team Agents can export client-call logs for their entire team from their mobile phones in .csv format.
