CallPesa allows you to set a rate and only receive calls once that rate has been paid. This feature pay-walls your number to function like a Caller ID but instead of telling you who's calling, it notifies you whether an incoming call has been paid for, and if not, it automatically sends your payment terms to the caller. Once the caller agrees to your terms and pays your pre-call rate, you then engage professionally.

In case the caller has not installed CallPesa, they still get prompted by SMS as below.
